Dera Bassi is a municipal council in Mohali, Punjab.

 

Dera Bassi is turning out to be a manufacturing base. Nectar lifesciences, PRS Suraksha TMT and Winsome Yarns already have operations here.

 

Hella India lighting is also opening a production unit here, moving production from Faridabad (Near Delhi).
